These projects use mathematics to explore patterns found in nature, creating visuals that feel dynamic and alive. The works range from abstract geometry and Hitomezashi sashiko–inspired stitching patterns to generative island maps that change with every click. Careful Square is a looping animation that uses easing functions and a double-exponential sigmoid to tell a narrative from simple shapes. Glyph Clock, featured on the homepage and one of my favorite pieces from this studio, reimagines time through a live display of Chinese characters built on a 16-segment digital clock system.
